The brand is committed to empowering Black women and women of color by offering wigs, bundles, and closures which are sourced from Asia, created in Ghana, and distributed globally. Additionally, the specially formulated hair care products harness the power of indigenous ingredients like baobab oil, moringa, shea butter, palm kernel oil, and rosehip. Infused into every strand of hair, these natural oils transform raw extensions into luxurious, manageable, and long-lasting products. When my husband, Peter Saint John, died of cancer, I made one big decision: to live life with urgency. I’m no stranger to adversity, having lost my college boyfriend to suicide, navigated an interracial marriage, grieved a child born prematurely–a process that led to me and Peter’s separation–and navigated coparenting the daughter who me and Peter shared. When Peter knew his cancer was terminal, he gave me a short list of things to do: cancel the divorce, and fix the wrongs immediately.
