We work with the founders & management of emerging market leaders at various stages of development. These individuals are incredibly driven, and extremely passionate about creating products their customers love and their employees are psyched to build. It's inspiring and very humbling. Many of our entrepreneurs are literally in the process of changing, at a very fundamental level, the way business is conducted and life is lived. It's a tremendous privilege for us to accompany them on that mission. Our role is to provide encouragement and support in the building of enduring businesses that will withstand the test of time. We hope that in most cases our presence is additive, but sometimes we screw up. In all cases, we are entirely focused on trying to achieve something great. Mediocrity makes for a lousy legacy.
