Web development agency concentrating in e-commerce for merchants.
• Conceptually developed the Circular Orb Brand and conceived and executed all marketing strategies. Aided clients through entire development process -- conceptualization to inception to final project delivery. Defined project scope; maintained budget and time constraints through allocating internal company resources and outsourced contractors. Deadlines were met and final product delivery often exceeded client expectations. Kept open direct lines of timely communication with clients and prospective clients.
• Helped obtain and manage over 40 clients and grew client accounts across multiple mediums (web, print, and web marketing) and developed corporate identity branding while building client loyalty to Circular Orb.
• Assisted sales team (client prospecting, strategy-building sessions, proposal writing, negotiations & deal closings).
• Web projects managed included entire websites ranging from static brochure-ware to ‘content-managed’ and database driven sites; secure e-commerce and rich-multimedia animation sites. Print projects managed included advertisements, stationary, business cards, corporate logos, brochures/fliers, posters, and marketing packages.
• Consulted clients with online marketing initiatives. Implemented and managed online marketing/ advertising/ search engine optimization campaigns; tracked ROI, hits, and click-ratio successes.
