Core Operations: Worked cross-functionally with machine learning, data science, engineering, legal, finance, and vendor management to launch Risk’s first vendor program and develop and iterate on fraud, credit and policy features for models.
Underwriting: Conceived of and built out new Underwriting function, hiring and training 9 Underwriters in under 6 months and growing the team to >12 people. Improved CSAT by 14% while more than doubling annual volume.
User Policy: With the legal team, developed industry-leading policies on violent extremism, copyright, pseudo-pharma and more.
